If you were an established TeaTrekker customer on our old website:

You need to do a ONE-TIME-ONLY password reset to access your account on this new website.

Please click on the ‘Lost Your Password’ and enter either the Username or e-mail address you used on our old site and then click ‘RESET PASSWORD’. Next, check your email for a message from Tea Trekker with a link to reset your password.
