Modern, continental-style espresso, our “middle” dark roast. Also excellent for french press, mixed drinks, and demi-tasse. Generally served in a slightly larger cup than the above, this is for the sipper who lingers, or those who dilute their dark coffee with shots, syrups, dairy, or ?.
Our coffee grinds:
Whole Bean – not ground
Ground Medium – for french-press or percolator
Ground Fine – for coffeemakers that use paper filters and many that use permanent filters.
Ground Espresso – for espresso machines and stovetop espresso pots.
Ground Custom – I have a custom grind on file with Tea Trekker
